Cancellation/No-Show/Substitutions: |
Please notify T H Hill by email or fax if you wish to cancel or reschedule attendance in a course. For courses held in Houston, Texas, notification must be received at least three business days prior to the start of the course to receive a refund or credit. For all other training locations, notification is required two weeks prior to the course start date for refund or credit. Customers will be charged full tuition for participant "no-shows" or late cancellations. If a participant cannot attend the course they enroll in, a substitue from the same company can attend in their place. If charged for a late cancellation or no-show, the student or company will receive credit to attend a future course. The credit will be valid for a period of one year. If the future courses are cancelled for any reason, then the student or company loses that spot.
T H Hill Associates, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a course at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment. Notification of participants will be given at least five business days prior to the course start date if THHA should cancel a course. We realize that some attendees may be traveling from out of town and we will make every attempt to provide notification of cancellation as far in advance as possible. |
